My 1958 R50 came in boxes and is now almost restored but I need some details of the rear brake pedal set up. Can anyone advise me of the position or angle of item 4 on the attached picture in relation to the frame or pedal or let me have a photo of the brake pedal so that I can assemble it. Thanks again for all of your help so far Tony

I just checked and both of my

I just checked and both of my /2 bikes have that arm with the portion that attaches to the bent rod is PARALLEL/In LINE to the brake pedal arm. The other part with the screw/nut is to trigger the brake light switch. When I looked at it from a side view the brake pedal arm top edge is almost exactly in line with the top edge of the 90 deg. arm.
