HAS anyone put together any info on the procedure to rebuild the EVERBEST FUEL VALVE?? vIDEO ? I have an original and would like to not screw it up...Leo

Installation pictures

Sorry for the delay in my response. I rebuilt my Everbest a few years ago. Up until I sold the bike last April, it had no leaks. I had bought the cylindrical cork from Ulis, since I couldn't find the proper thickness of cork sheet in Helsinki. I also feared it would leak again from bad installation. Ulis's part was cheaper as well.

Taking apart the petcock was the most difficult part of the job and I put a few light scratches on it.
