Hi guys,
Just replaced my pads on the rear on my 60/2 and it seems that they are too thick. I cannot get the tire back on and will have to sand them down. Is this typical? Any help Appreciated.

Not in my experience. Are you

Not in my experience. Are you certain that you have the correct part? Ae the shoes finished? Do they seem to have a sanded/machined smooth surface?

I'll go for the obvious: You have the adjuster backed off all of the way? The cam is oriented properly? One of the shoes is not hanging up on something and not fully seating at the cam or at the post?

Yup.. The wing nut is not even on. I tried sitting the shoes one by one themselves and they seem to sit very snug on the cam. Sad
