I'm waiting for the weather to get below 90 degrees before doing much riding.
This one has about 22k miles, very complete and well maintained. I have the original cases, but I have them off for taking pix. I'm in Arlington, VA.
Cheers,
Bill

Nice! The 800cc bikes were one of the smoothest running machines.

That's what I've always

That's what I've always heard. Around 2000 I had a R60/7. It shifted like KAH-LUNK. One disc. Slow to brake. This one is smoother and makes a lot less klunk on shifts. These newer ones stop like a regular machine.

Very nice! Get an electric

Very nice! Get an electric vest for the cold days if you don't already have one, and that bike will be just the ticket from September through May in the D.C. area.

Konrad - I have a battery

Konrad - I have a battery operated Gerbings. I also have a plug in jacket, lowers and socks by Gerbings. I just sold a '97 VFR750. I had an Eastern Beaver 3 circuit fused box. It ran off a relay, one socket always on with two switched by the relay. The always on was a 12v utility socket, good for a USB adapter and battery charging. I hooked up Gerbings charging sockets on the remaining two.
Right now the bike is in a garage. it's 95 degrees here. It has to cool down for me to do much of anything yet.

When I drove it home the cylinders were warm and protective. Cooler weather will eventually happen.
