...bings, air cleaner...

....the 1/22/39-40 are R51/2, and hard to find...the 1/24/37 is remote float Bing???, but with an Amal Fischer float top?: very nice piece for a twin cam or pre war racer/is it for sale?...the ebay air filter is an Eberspracher, and not a Mann. FWIW, it for a 1952 R68 as well as R67 and R51/3...starting price might be abit optimistic, but who can ever tell on crazy Ebay!...Smile

...happy...

The 1/24/37 is for a TWN, which is to say, a carb that hardly anybody needs...but these remote float bowl Bings are designed to accept the throttle speed screw and idle mixture screw on either side, and also can be rejeted for an R5SS, or R51SS...so...if you can find a mate, or a 1/24/38, you'll have a nice pair for folks building up a twin cam racer. If your 1/22/39-40 are shot, you could also rebuild the 1/24/xx to fit an R51/2 head. The remote float Bings were made to replace the remote float Amal-Fischers, and are better, newer, and more easily rebuilt carburetors.

Thank you R68 for the answer.
I will use only the remote float bowl.
The body is to big for R51 cyl. head.
