I tried to place an order from the store yesterday, but the process hung up when I hit the button to place the order - it seemed to be waiting for the Web site to respond. After about five minutes I gave up.

I then tried to drop a message using the form on the Web site. Same thing - hit the button to send the message and no response from the Web site.

I'm wondering if it is related to the recent server move. I've never tried placing a store order, so I don't know if it's been going on for a while or if it is something new.

Ira, your order did go through. Did you ever receive an email confirming your order? I ask, because it appears that the server is having some kind of hang up sending out email. I'm looking into it and will update this thread when I know more. Meanwhile, I'll send you a receipt for the purchase to make sure you're in the loop. Thanks for the notice!

Never Got the Receipt from the Store

No, the store never sent me a receipt. As I said, it seemed to hang up when I went to place the order, so it wasn't clear if the order went through at all.

I did, however, receive your email with the receipt. Thanks - I appreciate it.
