The 19th Annual Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance will showcase Art Deco Cars, Rally Cars and Aston Martin as the featured automobile classes. In the motorcycle division, Norton is the featured marquee along with American Flat Track Racers.

The Motorcycle Committee of the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance proudly announces the 2015 featured marques. BMW, Land Speed Record Motorcycles and Police motorcycles will be featured along other outstanding classic motorcycles.

Automotive designer Alex Tremulis made a lasting mark with the stillborn Tucker, but also worked for Ford Advance Design and penned the World Speed Record Holder, the Gyronaut X-1, which was powered by twin Triumph engines. The X-1 established the outright motorcycle speed record at Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah, in August 1966 at 245 mph. The Gyronaut X-1 is slated to appear at Radnor Hunt Concours on September 13.

The iconic ‘Airhead’ BMW was launched in 1923. The model R32’s horizontally mounted twin cylinders proudly jutted out in the wind, the inspired art deco design and exceptional build quality were the hallmark features that would serve BMW well over the next 80 years. A timeline representing the best of the Bavarian bike builders machines will be presented.

Police Motorcycles are not usually associated with top flight Concours event, but Radnor Hunt marches to its own beat and has built a reputation of showing off-beat machines that are worthy of serious consideration. This year we honor the motorcycles of the men and women in blue who serve and protect us all. A fine selection of Police motorcycles will be shown.

If you possess a machine that should be considered for inclusion in the 19th Annual Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance, please send in an entry form today.
